I'm a California native with a passion for travel and documenting life. And chocolate.

I’ve been traveling solo since I was twelve. I have hit 42 of our states as well as Mexico, Canada, UK, France, Italy, Greece, Denmark, Spain, China, the Caribbean... The list continues to grow each year.

My love of photography developed through travel and seeing how unique and beautiful each new spot I ventured to was. As I got older I fell in love with the idea of capturing people and their lives in these beautiful places.

Years ago I chose to leave the corporate work world and to invest heavily in both equipment and teaching to take my interest of photography to an actual thriving business and I couldn’t be happier with that decision! I have met hundreds of couples, families, new babies, etc. from both near and far that I am honored to call friends now.

I have 3 young boys and feel more privileged than ever with my changed perspective as a mom to be able to capture both the most important days of peoples lives as well as the oh-so-ordinary (that are all too fleeting). 

I limit myself to 10 weddings a year so that I can fully commit to my couples and spend time preparing with them and focus in the delivery of their images. The rest of the year I devote to families, maternity/newborn & birth photography averaging about 150 shoots within those categories. 

I continually feel a sense of gratitude to be able to do what I love, develop new friendships and fulfill my passions bettering me as a person and mom. And I owe so much of that to you all as my clients. Being trusted to diary your moments through images is an incredible feeling.
